If you cancel your class attendance or fail to attend, your payment will be forfeited. However, we do offer the opportunity to reschedule your class before the scheduled course time through our website at https://determined2bpresent.org/. Please be advised that payment must be received and processed at least 24 hours in advance to secure your class appointment.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a class appointment in the event of insufficient participation or an instructor's illness or emergency. Should a class cancellation occur, we will either offer the next available date for rescheduling or provide an immediate refund.

We strictly adhere to our policy of not allowing late admittance, with a 15-minute grace period provided. Punctuality is crucial to ensure that you derive maximum benefit from the training course.
