Volunteers play an invaluable role in our efforts, and we welcome individuals with a passion for making a difference.

All our certifications, including CPR, First Aid, BLS, Pediatric First Aid, Babysitters Training, and CPR, ACLS, PALS, and PEARS, remain valid for 2 years.
Certification cards are issued electronically, via email.
The cost varies depending on the chosen CPR certification. We offer affordable CPR certification and training classes nationwide, including various American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross courses.
Absolutely! Groups of 4 or more attendees receive pricing discount. Please contact for offer info@D2BP.org.
Healthcare professionals typically require the American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Class. Others should consult their employer or consider the American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid & CPR AED Class.
The recommended age for this course by The American Red Cross is 11-15 years old.
Babysitters Training provides youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants.
When performing CPR, look out for clear signs of life. If the person starts showing any kind of consciousness, including breathing, moving their body, opening their eyes, or making sounds and talking, it's time to stop the chest compressions.
While both certifications are widely accepted, the American Heart Association is generally preferred in the medical field, particularly for advanced certifications like ACLS and PALS.
There's no specified age limit for CPR certification, although a minimum weight of 90lbs is recommended for effective chest compressions.
The primary contrast between certification and non-certification CPR courses lies in the provision of formal documentation. Certification courses furnish participants with an official certification card upon successful completion, whereas non-certification courses do not offer such documentation.
It's important to note that specific eligibility criteria may apply. Nevertheless, we do offer non-certification courses, which are tailored to individuals who do not require formal proof of completion. These courses are structured to impart fundamental knowledge and skills in CPR and related techniques. Although non-certification courses do not culminate in a certification card, they remain valuable for acquiring essential CPR skills, potentially enabling individuals to respond effectively to medical emergencies and save lives.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. However, late arrivals beyond this may result in refusal of admission by the instructor.
All courses are non-refundable. Cancellations or absences lead to forfeiture of payment. What if participants need to reschedule? - Reschedule requests can be submitted through the Reschedule Request form.
